South Marco Beach features a public parking area on Swallow Ave., granting access to one of the island’s two public beaches. This beach has 70 parking spots and offers restroom facilities. A Beach Parking Permit is needed for access. The area is open from sunrise to sunset, and parking on the street or swales in the South Beach vicinity is prohibited.
