Sugden Regional Park is the only freshwater beachfront park in the county. Visitors come to kayak, sail, paddleboard, or walk around the 60-acre Lake Avalon, located at the center of the park. Amenities include picnic pavilions, a playground and an amphitheater that regularly hosts concerts and community events.
